Fiorino, Italian Street Food is looking to hire a CDP with a patio for culinary and Italian cuisine !!
We are a former Michelin Bib Gourmand and Gambero Rosso awarded restaurant, located in the Lonsdale Quay!
We take pride in serving Italian fare in a casual setting with fine dining service standards. We are expanding our culinary team for our Lonsdale location to help ensure our guests continue to receive the best dining experience, and are looking for a key members to have a role promoting our positive team environment during our busiest times!
The role is Chef de Partie, assisting the Head Chef and management team in leading our culinary program, monitoring product quality and adhering to our highest service standards. This candidate is required to have a minimum 3 years culinary experience in Canada as well as experience in a comparable restaurant position.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead staff in culinary techniques, food handling, and safety protocols.
- Awareness of inventory and supplies to maintain efficient food service and cost effectiveness.
- Leading service management and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
- Leadership of the kitchen team, respectful cooperation with other members of management.
