Entry Level Outreach Associates’ Responsibilities:
- Connect face to face with community residents and local neighbourhoods to provide solutions that make a meaningful difference.
- Participate in daily workshops focused on customer psychology, body language, and the art of professional persuasion.
- Ensure every potential customer has a positive experience through high-quality, professional interactions.
- Collaborate within a high-energy team environment to share success stories and troubleshoot challenges.
- Provide attentive service by deeply understanding individual needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Utilize internal systems and Microsoft Office tools to track progress and maintain accurate client records.
