The Olympian Swim Club is seeking dynamic and passionate coaches to work with our junior competitive program for the 2026-2027 season. Approximately 6 - 10 hours per week plus assigned swim meets.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Have a passion for the sport of competitive swimming;
- Possess technical knowledge of all 4 strokes plus starts and turns;
- Be enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness to learn;
- Report directly to the Head Age Group coach directed by the Head Coach;
- Be prepared to attend all pertinent competitions as required;
- Will assume basic administrative duties for their group as well as duties assigned by the Head Age Group Coach.
Qualifications:
- NCCP Level 1 Coach or above
- 1+ years experience
- Criminal background and vulnerable sector check
