General Manager – Select Service Hotel
Our client, a well-established real estate and hospitality group actively expanding its hotel division, has acquired a brand new branded select-service property in the Aurora/Newmarket area. We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead the property through transition and ongoing operations.
This hotel will feature approximately 125 residential-style suites and requires a leader with strong operational discipline, brand experience, and the ability to drive performance in a competitive market.
Key Requirements:
- Current General Manager of a branded select-service hotel
- Proven experience overseeing hotel operations, financial performance, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of brand standards, revenue management, and guest experience
- Ability to lead a property through acquisition and stabilization
Additional Considerations:
- Must be located within 30–40 minutes of the Aurora/Newmarket area
- Availability to start as soon as possible
Compensation:
- $100,000 – $120,000 base salary + bonus
