We are a female-owned, locally operated shop with a strong team culture and high standards. We are growing and looking for the right person to help lead the installation team, support workflow, and set the tone on the shop floor.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Shop Foreman / Team Leader with strong Paint Protection Film installation experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is not only excellent at installing PPF, but also confident leading others, keeping jobs moving, maintaining quality control, and helping create a productive, organized shop environment.
You will be hands-on with installations while also helping manage the day-to-day flow of the install team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small team of PPF installers
- Perform high-quality paint protection film installations, including full front ends, full vehicle wraps, custom pieces, and specialty applications
- Review work for quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency before vehicles are released
- Help train, coach, and mentor junior installers
- Keep the shop floor organized, efficient, and professional
- Work with management on scheduling, workflow, job priorities, and deadlines
- Help troubleshoot installation challenges and keep jobs moving
- Maintain company standards for quality, care, and vehicle handling
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Support other services such as ceramic coatings, window tint, and windshield protection film when required
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional PPF installation experience
- Experience with XPEL or similar paint protection film products
- Previous shop lead, team lead, or foreman experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to lead by example, not just give instructions
- Calm, professional attitude under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with both team members and customers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, organized, and committed to high-quality work

Required Experience
- Paint Protection Film installation: 3 years required
- Window tint: 2 years preferred
- Team lead, foreman, or supervisory experience: preferred
