Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced indian cook to join our dynamic team in the food service industry. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in restaurant management, food preparation, and team leadership. The chef will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and provide exceptional service to our guests. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining quality standards and presentation
- Manage food handling procedures to comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Lead food service operations, including serving guests efficiently and courteously
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation practices throughout the establishment
- Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Assist in menu planning and development to enhance customer experience
Experience
- Supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Extensive restaurant experience with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams within fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations within the food industry
- Experience in restaurant management or kitchen supervision is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to serve guests effectively and lead a team confidently
