Job Summary:
As a Hospitality Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, driving financial success, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily hospitality and office operations.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the hospitality team to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle client/guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor financial performance, assist with budgeting, and manage operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement new strategies to improve overall efficiency and guest experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, Duty Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
