Overview
INOAC is a leading tier 1 automotive supplier, specializing in painted exterior products for the automotive industry. INOAC’s core business as an Automotive Tier1 supplier is in the design, development and production of plastic systems and components to major OEMs in North America.
Position Summary
The Plant Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules to support customer delivery requirements while maximizing plant efficiency. This role coordinates production activities across molding, sanding, paint, and assembly operations for automotive spoiler manufacturing. The Plant Scheduler works closely with Production, Purchasing, Inventory Control, shipping, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure materials, labor, and equipment are aligned to meet customer demand and production targets.
The ideal candidate has experience in automotive manufacturing, strong scheduling and capacity planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Application question(s):
- Do you have a minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in production scheduling. Experience with paint line operations is a strong asset?
- Do you have strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management, and sequencing in a high-volume manufacturing environment?
- Do you have proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros)?
- Do you have the willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, when required?
- Are you Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred?
