Rocky Mountain Dodge is looking for a friendly, outgoing, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a positive first impression of both the dealership and our brand. This key position is responsible for answering a multi-line phone system, greeting customers, directing inquiries, and providing administrative support to various dealership departments.
The successful candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. They are able to multitask effectively, remain calm under pressure, and create a welcoming experience for every customer who enters the dealership.
This is a part-time position with the following regular hours:

Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Greet customers and visitors in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.

Answer and manage a multi-line phone system.

Direct calls and customers to the appropriate department or team member.

Accurately record and relay messages and customer information.

Assist customers with general inquiries and ensure they receive timely assistance.

Handle customer concerns professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers and guests.

Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

Maintain detailed records of telephone interactions and customer communications.

Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Ensure paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure customers are assisted promptly.

Notify team members when customers arrive for appointments or inquiries.

Work collaboratively with coworkers to support dealership operations.
