Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and maintained to uphold hygiene standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards guests and team members
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures related to cleanliness and safety
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Prior hotel experience or experience in hospitality is advantageous but not required
Pay: From $18.10 per hour
