Schedule: Full-time | Flexible scheduling available. Our showroom is open 7 days a week, with Wednesday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM being the preferred schedule to ensure weekend customer coverage.

We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Showroom Sales Consultant who enjoys connecting with people, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of an ambitious company.
What You’ll Do
As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the purchasing process while supporting sales, customer service, and day-to-day business operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome customers into the showroom and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Build rapport with customers and confidently close sales.
- Sell:
- --Commercial (B2B): Forklifts and industrial epoxy flooring solutions.
- --Residential (B2C): Swim spas, hot tubs, and luxury massage chairs.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and process customer purchases.
- Follow up with new and existing customers to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
- Make outbound prospecting and cold calls to potential clients.
- Respond to inbound phone, email, website, and social media inquiries.
- Manage Facebook Marketplace listings and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM.
- Track sales activity and maintain organized records.
- Occasionally travel throughout the Lower Mainland for customer visits, networking opportunities, and sales or marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software and Google Workspace.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willing to travel throughout the Lower Mainland as needed for customer visits and sales initiatives.
- Applicants who live within approximately 15–20 minutes of our Langley showroom are preferred.
Schedule
- Our showroom is open 7 days a week.
- The preferred schedule for this role is Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, as weekend availability is important for customer appointments and showroom coverage.
- Scheduling can be adjusted based on the right candidate’s availability and business needs.
- We are open to discussing alternative schedules and understand that availability can change over time with advance communication.
