Overview
We are seeking an experienced skilled construction labourer who is reliable, respectful, and takes pride in how they show up on site. This is a full‑time position with steady work for the right individual.
Duties
- Assisting with framing, site setup, and general construction tasks
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Supporting carpenters and crew leads as directed
- Working professionally around homeowners, neighbours, inspectors, and other trades
- Following safety procedures and company standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous construction or labour experience (i.e. previous foundation, framing, roofing, exterior finish, interior finish work)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Respect for structure, rules, and leadership
- Pride in clean, orderly work environments
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Job-Site Standards (Non-Negotiable)
- No swearing or aggressive behaviour
- Zero tolerance for substance use on or before work hours
- Professional interaction with homeowners, inspectors, neighbours, and other trades
- Respect for leadership and job‑site structure
- The right labourer will appreciate a calm, professional work environment.
