Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support our financial operations within a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial services, excellent customer service skills, and experience in dealership environments. This role involves assisting with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our sales and finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Duties
- Assist with processing financial transactions, including payments, invoicing, and account reconciliations
- Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits and management review
- Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate financing options for customers and ensure compliance with company policies
- Handle customer inquiries related to finance options, payment plans, and account status with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records of all financial activities and ensure data integrity
- Support negotiation processes with clients regarding financing terms and conditions
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing relevant financial insights
- Perform mathematical calculations accurately for loan processing, interest rates, and payment schedules
Requirements
- Prior experience in financial services or dealership environments is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of finance procedures, negotiation skills, and customer service excellence
- Proficiency in math with the ability to perform accurate calculations quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management is a plus
- Familiarity with relevant software applications used in finance operations is desirable

Pay: $35,237.47-$150,529.27 per year
