All Fabrication Machinery specializes in the sale of dependable, quality metal fabrication machinery and supplies within Western Canada.
We are seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- File and organize paperwork and confidential documents.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office.
- Organize and order office supplies to ensure an efficient workspace.
- Run occasional errands for company supplies as required (reliable vehicle required).
- Complete daily cleaning and general office maintenance tasks.
- Manage company social media accounts.
- Update company website.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong computer skills including data entry, typing and proofreading.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills.
- Ability to monitor social media accounts and create engaging posts.
- Strong English
Full Time
- Work location: In person
- Reliable vehicle is required.
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Closed on statutory holidays
- Paid 1 hour lunch break
- Benefits and Health Spending Account begin after 3-month probation period
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience.
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
