Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the production process. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and technical skills are highly valued. Job would also include production help (folding garments, organizing, packing, etc.)
Duties
- Set up and operate embroidery machines according to design specifications and production schedules
- Load and unload fabric or garments onto the embroidery machine with care to prevent damage
- Monitor machine operation during production runs, making adjustments as needed for optimal results
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring embroidery meets company standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality goals
Skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise embroidery work
- Ability to operate embroidery machines efficiently and troubleshoot common issues
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
