POSITION SUMMARY
Job Summary
The Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the organization at the best possible value, while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. The role supports operational efficiency and cost control through effective supplier management and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with approved budgets and policies
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, or pricing issues
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities
- Manage inventory levels and support demand planning where required
- Prepare procurement reports and performance metrics for management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier evaluation
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- French mandatory

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
