Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience required
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, prep, station management, and service flow
- Experience working in high-volume restaurants
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization at all times
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary training is considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes according to restaurant standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation during service
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Assist with daily prep and kitchen organization
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen staff during service
- Maintain a clean and professional workstation throughout shifts
