About Us: At The Mom Loft, we are deeply committed to supporting women and their families through every stage of their wellness and motherhood journey—from fertility and pregnancy to postnatal care and pediatrics. We believe that manual therapy is an integral part of comprehensive healthcare, helping our patients reconnect with their bodies, relieve tension, and find a profound sense of well-being. We are currently looking for a passionate and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our collaborative and multidisciplinary team.

- Infant & Childhood Massage: Safely and effectively perform massage on babies and children to help ease infant digestive issues (colic, gas), improve sleep, boost muscle development, and reduce stress or sports-related muscle tension in older children and adolescents.
- Diverse Modalities Experience is a plus: Deliver a wide range of massage types based on individual patient needs, including:
- Therapeutic Massage (restoring optimal tissue health and joint mechanics)
- Relaxation/Swedish Massage
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage (promoting immune function and reducing edema/swelling)
- Hot Stone Massage

- Patient Education: Empower parents with guidance on how to support their own recovery or how to utilize gentle touch and massage for their infants at home.
- Collaborative Care: Work alongside our specialized team of women's health practitioners (including physiotherapists, naturopaths, chiropractors, and doulas) to ensure holistic patient care.
- In-Home Treatments (Optional but highly valued): Provide in-home RMT treatments for new mothers experiencing mobility issues or who prefer the comfort of their own home within our service radius.

- Specific experience, training, or strong comfort level in Infant and Pediatric Massage.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques, specifically Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone, and Therapeutic/Deep Tissue massage.
- A warm, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care, especially when dealing with stressed new mothers and young children.
