Job Summary:
Come join our team at Northriver Junior Kindergarten, located at Tait Elementary. This is a 18 student 3-5 year old program, and we are seeking a Full time (4 days per week, 30 - 32 hours/week) ECE Educator.
Our program is a Reggio-inspired program, and we spend time outdoors every day, regardless of weather. You will bring a love of the outdoors, along with specialty arts experience such as high-level education or extracurricular engagement in an arts specialty such as music, painting, clay, drawing, fibre arts, lego or gardening.
Requirements:
- ECE or ECEA
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal record search
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
-Canadian Citizen, PR or Refugee Status
-Between the ages of 18 and 30
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
-Second language is an asset
