Position Summary:
N.Bar is looking for a dedicated Nail Technician / Beauty Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality beauty services and exceptional client care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and confident in both nail and basic beauty treatments. Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and nail extensions
- Offer additional beauty treatments as required (e.g., waxing, threading, basic facials)
- Follow N.Bar's service protocols, hygiene standards, and workplace policies
- Educate clients on aftercare and recommend suitable products or services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Help build client relationships and contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist
- Proficient in hard gel nail extensions, gel polish, and classic nail care
- Strong hygiene and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluent in English
