Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Registry Agent to join our team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, proficiency in office software, and experience in customer support environments such as medical or dental offices. The Registry Agent plays a vital role in maintaining accurate records, handling inquiries, and supporting daily office functions to ensure an efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking accurate messages
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Maintain organized filing systems for records and documents, ensuring easy retrieval
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, proofreading, and document management
- Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff and clients
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support team members with clerical tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations
Experience
- Prior clerical or administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document management
- Customer service experience demonstrating professional phone etiquette and support skills
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and administrative procedures is desirable
