Medical Associate (IMG) – Family Medicine
Location: Stoney Creek, Ontario
We are seeking an International Medical Graduate (IMG) to join our growing Family Medicine team as a Medical Associate in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinic.
Role Overview:
Work alongside experienced Family Physicians to support patient care, including history-taking, documentation, patient education, and coordination of care. All clinical activities are performed under physician supervision in accordance with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient interviews and assist with assessments
- Prepare and document clinical notes in EMR
- Support care planning and follow-ups under supervision
- Communicate with patients and coordinate referrals
Requirements:
- International Medical Graduate (IMG)
- Eligible to work in Ontario
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Experience in Family Medicine or outpatient settings preferred
