Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and supervising maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and productive environment.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Foster and up hold Tenant landlord relations.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team.
- Must be able to use computer and Office suite software, emails etc.
- Must be able to use cellular device for communication by means of emails & text messaging

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
