Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Wash Dry Fold attendant. This role involves providing exceptional laundry cleaning services in a relaxed laundromat setting, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the cleanliness of our facility. Prior experience in hotel services, laundry, or general cleaning is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The position offers an opportunity for an individual to build and develop their own customer base
Duties
- Operate laundromat wash equipment efficiently to clean laundry thoroughly
- Assist customers with laundry , ensuring a smooth process
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility
- Handle laundry or cleaning tasks as needed for facility upkeep
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns politely and professionally
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment
Skills
- Previous hotel experience, laundry, or cleaning background is advantageous but not required
- Ability to manage wash assets and supplies
- Self motivated individual to gain extra wash dry fold customers
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers to build client base
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
