Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Supervise and train staff members on proper food handling, customer service, and restaurant policies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and delivery.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety guidelines, and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of the restaurant simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bartending experience is a plus.
