WE ARE HIRING – DEALER GENERAL MANAGER / USED CAR OPERATIONS MANAGER
CarCouver is seeking an experienced automotive professional to lead and grow our reconditioned vehicle sales and operations in Metro Vancouver.

Dealer General Manager / Operations Manager
Location:
Burnaby, BC
Compensation:
$150,000 – $200,000+ annually (Base Salary + Performance Bonus)
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dealership operations
- Recruit, train, and lead the sales team
- Develop sales strategies and performance targets
- Oversee inventory management and vehicle sourcing
- Improve dealership processes and profitability
- Ensure compliance with VSA, ICBC, and dealership regulations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of automotive dealership management experience. Experience with both new and used vehicle operations is required.
- Previous experience with brands such as Honda, Toyota, or large dealer groups is an asset
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage sales staff
- Knowledge of the BC automotive market and dealership operations
- Experience managing independent used car dealerships is highly preferred
- English required; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
