We are currently seeking a Telecommunications Sales Agent to join our growing team and play a key role in bringing world-class telecommunications solutions directly to customers.
Our team specializes in providing a personalized, face-to-face sales experience, offering TV, Internet, and Home Phone services to residential customers. We understand that connectivity is essential, and we take pride in keeping Canadians connected to what matters most.
Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Sales Agent:
- Sell a range of products, including Wireless, Cable, High-Speed Internet, and Home Phone services, directly to customers at their homes.
- Engage with potential customers through provided leads while proactively identifying new sales opportunities in your territory.
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing expert guidance and ensuring their post-sales needs are met.
- Represent our client professionally at special events and promotional activities while following up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, aligning with our Code of Conduct and prioritizing safety.
Requirements for our new Telecommunications Sales Agent:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to negotiate, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
- A proven ability to excel in a sales-driven environment, working independently to achieve and exceed goals.
- A results-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
