Server Qualifications:
- You are a positive, fun-loving person with a growth mindset
- You have at least 2 years of previous Serving and/or Bartending experience in a comparable full-service restaurant environment
- You are available to work weekdays and and holidays, you must be able to work during the day
- You are Smart Serve Certified
- You are ‘all about’ providing Guests with an amazing experience that makes them want to return to see you
- You are a strong team player with great communication skills
- You are keen and ready to learn our food, beverage and service standards
- You never turn your head from a standard
- You may be passionate about beer, and may have a good level of beer knowledge
- You may be interested in growing your hospitality career
- You are physically able to remain standing & active for extended periods
- You are able to make a minimum 1-year commitment to our team
