Ward Tirecraft Saskatoon is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Counter Sales Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, preparing estimates, coordinating work with the shop, and helping ensure a smooth experience from initial contact through job completion.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine their tire and automotive service needs
- Provide tire, wheel, mechanical service, and maintenance recommendations
- Prepare quotes, work orders, and invoices
- Schedule appointments and coordinate work with technicians
- Order parts and tires as required
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
- Build strong relationships with retail and commercial customers
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, and general front-counter duties
- Follow up on estimates and identify additional sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive, tire, parts, or service sales is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience
- Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and management
- Valid driver’s licence
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of $58,000–$62,000, based on experience
