We are looking to fill a Canada Summer Job position. This is a 9 week / 30 hours per week position as a Website Administrator starting June 29, 2026 on site in our office in Burlington, Ontario.
This individual will be responsible for creating, designing, and implementing digital and print materials that support Speroway’s food, education, and healthcare programs. Tasks may include developing flyers for fundraising events and campaigns, designing information pamphlets, leading the design of mailings and reports, creating donor acknowledgement materials, and completing individual donor print requests.
They will also design and develop web-based projects from concept to completion. This includes building webpages on Speroway’s official website—such as pages related to current mailings, fundraisers, or new initiatives—and incorporating all necessary elements such as donation forms, payment gateways, images, and relevant content.
The Website Administrator will additionally maintain and enhance the website by updating features, resolving processing or technical issues, editing webpages as needed, refreshing outdated content, and managing widgets and plugins.
Finally, this individual may assist in writing website content, including blog posts, program updates, and reports. They will also create materials and layouts that improve the visual appeal, clarity, and usability of the site to ensure a donor-friendly experience.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
