Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Ensure all food safety and handling procedures are followed diligently to uphold health standards.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions with precision, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed, providing excellent customer service throughout.
- Engage with guests proactively to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without compromising service quality.
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or food service experience is required; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
