We're seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and helping customers find the products that best suit their needs. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that match their preferences and needs.
- Educate customers on cannabis strains, consumption methods, and responsible dosage practices.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable cannabis regulations and store policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid SellSafe certification required.
- Previous cannabis knowledge or industry experience is preferred.
- Customer service and/or retail experience is an asset.
- Server or bartender experience is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for cannabis education and delivering excellent customer experiences.
