The selected candidate will receive a bonus of $1,250 for successfully completing the 3 month probationary period and will also receive an additional $1,250 bonus after completing 1 full year of employment.

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Commercial Tire Technician Trainee to join our team. No previous experience is required—we are willing to train the right person.

You will work alongside an experienced technician, learning the ins and outs of commercial tire service with the goal of becoming our go-to person for this role.
Responsibilities
Regular Service
- Assist with tire repairs and learn proper repair methods
- Perform installation and balancing of car, truck, and medium truck tires
- Support senior technicians with inspections and recommendations for repair or replacement
- Ensure all work orders and paperwork are completed properly and submitted on time
- Learn safe handling procedures for tires, tools, and equipment
Service Truck Support
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the service truck
- Assist with regular service and upkeep of the truck
- Dispose of used and worn-out tires and related materials in designated recycling areas
- Help maintain inventory of tools and supplies onboard
Customer Service
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Learn how to explain tire repairs and replacement recommendations to customers
- Help ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and damage-free during service
General Duties
- Full-time position (hours may be extended during high-volume seasonal tire changes)
- Wear appropriate safety gear including work boots, safety vest, and protective eyewear
- Follow all Health & Safety requirements
- Attend all training sessions provided
- Assist with shop cleanliness and general duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- No previous tire experience required—we will train
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in dirty, fast-paced, and physically demanding environments
- Able to take direction and complete tasks as assigned
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting, rolling and/or moving items up to 125 lbs
- Must be available to work full-time
- Valid Driver’s License required
Pay: $16.75-$20.00 per hour
