What You'll Do
As an
Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating and growing business opportunities by:
- Identifying and prospecting new clients through outbound calls, networking, and market research.
- Presenting and promoting Mier Human Capital's recruitment services to decision-makers.
- Conducting client meetings and presentations (virtual and in-person) to understand their business needs.
- Developing customized solutions and proposals to meet client workforce requirements.
- Negotiating pricing and agreements to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
- Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts while ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintaining an active pipeline of leads and opportunities to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Collaborating with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless client delivery once accounts are secured.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (professional services experience preferred).
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to identify client pain points and position solutions effectively.
- Resilience, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
