L'Éclatant Cake Boutique & Cafe is opening soon, and we're looking for friendly, hospitality-focused Cafe Servers to join our opening team. You'll help create a welcoming guest experience while supporting daily cafe service in a collaborative environment. If you take pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with warm, genuine hospitality.
- Provide friendly, efficient service and assist guests with menu recommendations.
- Prepare and serve cafe food and beverages while following our quality standards.
- Support daily front-of-house operations, including opening, closing, and restocking.
- Work collaboratively with your teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and sanitized cafe environment, while supporting rotating dishwashing duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of food & customer service experience.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in a cafe, bakery, or restaurant, including Square POS systems and food service, is considered an asset.
- Experience with table service, plating, and food running.
Physical & Working Conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs), and perform repetitive front-of-house and kitchen tasks as needed.
