Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple custom architectural glass projects from order entry through final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with customers, estimating, production, purchasing, and shipping departments.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Proactively communicate project updates and resolve issues efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering outstanding service and support.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Project Management experience within the architectural glass and glazing industry (required).
- Experience working for a custom glass fabricator, glazing contractor, or architectural glass manufacturer.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Tempered Glass
- Laminated Glass
- Decorative Laminated Glass
- Back-Painted Glass
- Printed Glass
- Etched & Carved Glass
- Custom Fabricated Architectural Glass
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP software experience is considered an asset.
