In this role, you will help craft our signature house-made pastries, breads, and desserts. Key Responsibilities
- Bake Quality Goods: Prepare bread, pastries, and desserts following established recipes.
- Maintain Consistency: Ensure excellent presentation and strict portion control for all products.
- Uphold Safety: Follow high cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Manage Inventory: Monitor ingredient levels and assist management with supply ordering.
- Collaborate Dynamically: Work with the team to develop exciting seasonal offerings and new menu items.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: Previous baking experience is an asset, but no experience is required—entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on consistency, presentation, and high-quality standards.
- Team Player: Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative kitchen team.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
