Raymond Vacuum Truck Services is currently looking for reliable and motivated Class 3A or 1A Vac Truck, Water Truck and Steam Truck operators to join our growing team in Estevan, SK. Must have experience driving 18 speed manuals.
**Note: This is not a camp job, we are looking for local long term employees for long term work (no slow downs during road bans)
This position entails:
- Operating and maintaining vacuum trucks, mobile steamer/pressure washer, and potable water trucks
- Proficiency in driving manual transmission trucks
- Working safely at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions
- Completing required paperwork for pre-trip inspections, hazard reviews, etc
- Performing regular inspections of equipment and shop facilities
- Work consisting of commercial, residential, oilfield and mining jobs
- Some shop work and small repairs/maintenance
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 or 3A license
- Experience driving 18 speed manuals
- General safety knowledge, experience and awareness.
- Ability to take direction well with strong communication skills.
- H2S Alive, First Aid, Confined Space and Fall Protection certification an asset
- Flexibility in Schedule (Paid On-Call every 2-3 weekends)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Perform physically demanding work
