Automotive Paint Correction Specialist
Location: Milton, Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Correction Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring and enhancing vehicle paintwork by identifying and correcting imperfections such as scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation using professional techniques and tools.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their craftsmanship and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform paint correction processes including wet sanding, compounding, and polishing
- Assess vehicle paint conditions and determine appropriate correction methods
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently from start to finish
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
- Take pride in producing consistent, high-quality results
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in automotive paint correction or detailing
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
