Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Countertop Installer / Install Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in measuring, cutting, and installing countertops in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install laminate & quartz countertops in residential & commercial spaces according to specifications on work orders.
- Measure and cut materials to ensure accurate fit and alignment.
- Cleanly Remove existing countertops if required
- Remove & Re-Install sinks & faucets if required.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain Company Vehicle – Interior and Exterior.
- Company vehicles are provided during work hours for installs.
Experience
- Previous experience in cabinet and/or countertop installation preferred but not required. We will provide training.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret orders and measurements.
- Comfortable lifting heavy materials and working in various environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
