Schedule: Monday to Thursday
Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
Wage: $46.50 – $48.50 per hour

Brink Forest Products, a leader in sustainable lumber production, is seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Millwright to join our team in Prince George, BC. This role is critical to maintaining and optimizing mill equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
The successful candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance and be comfortable working in a fast-paced mill environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on finger joint and other industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Install, align, and commission new machinery and components
- Work closely with operations to support production efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Red Seal Millwright certification (or equivalent experience may be considered)
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a sawmill or heavy industrial environment is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Physically capable of working in a demanding industrial setting
