Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating products and answer their questions to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise according to store standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store aisles
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts
- Use communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist in store operations
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays and ensuring product availability
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product placement strategies is desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends if needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required
