The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience within the industry as a Prepper, Painter. Techs need to be proficient in doing filler work to a high level of quality collision repairs as per OEM procedures. Moreover, having an experience in all stages of prep and painting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assembly and disassembly of vehicles
- Minor body work
- High quality filler work
- Prep
- Painting
Requirements:
- Previous experience within the industry
- Experience in straightening and repairing of panels along with prep/painting
- Attention to detail
- Excellent diagnostic skills, pride in workmanship, team player
- Experience with Axalta products is asset.
