Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), MLOps, and Unsupervised Machine Learning to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building NLP applications, implementing robust MLOps frameworks, and developing unsupervised learning models to extract insights from large and complex datasets.
Design, develop, and deploy NLP, LLM, and Generative AI solutions for business use cases.
Build and optimize applications for text classification, semantic search, document processing, topic modeling, and conversational AI.
Develop and implement unsupervised machine learning models, including clustering, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and dimensionality reduction.
Build and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and automated retraining.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, experiment tracking, and production monitoring.
Monitor model performance, data drift, and system reliability to ensure scalable AI solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready AI applications.
Provide technical guidance, promote AI/ML best practices, and mentor junior team members.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and AI application development.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks.
Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, MLOps, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and software engineering best practices.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Knowledge of vector databases, Databricks, Spark, and distributed computing.
Experience with responsible AI, model governance, and explainability frameworks.
- Relevant Azure, AWS, Databricks, or AI/ML certifications are preferred.
