As the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you will support the marketing team in executing social campaigns, managing in-store digital content, and assisting with social media and marketing events at the store level. You will work closely with staff and management to ensure promotions, events, and branding initiatives are executed effectively. This position reports to the National Social Media Manager, and is overseen by the Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate for this positon will be able to work a minimum of 1 shift per week in-store as a bartender/server/hourly worker.
Marketing-
Work alongside General Managers (GMs), Assistant General Managers (AGMs), and other key stakeholders at the store level to align marketing efforts with store operations

Maintain communication with staff and store-level managers to gather feedback and ideas for promotions, events, and social content

Develop and execute store-specific events that enhance guest engagement and align with brand goals, and coordinate all marketing and social promotion related to these events

Coordinate all content creation and updates to marketing materials for all marketing campaigns and in-store promotions

Ensure store promotions, weekly lineups, and special events are effectively communicated across digital channels

Identify local partners, creators, and micro-influencers for collaboration opportunities

Create wrap-up reports analyzing event/campaign performance, guest engagement, and opportunities for future improvement, including actionable insights
Social
-
Sourcing and curate store-level content for your Vancouver’s Instagram and subsequently our global TikTok account

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, voice, and visual standards

Maintain awareness of current trends, memes, and social moments relevant to the brand audience

Engage with partner accounts to increase brand visibility

Communicate with guests on social media (answering DMs, liking comments, engaging with other people's posts, reposting, stories, etc.)

Monitor social media channels for guest feedback and escalate issues or complaints to the appropriate internal contact (Managing Partner, GM, Director of Marketing)

Be available to create, post, and repost content every Friday through Sunday nights that is current to the events of the night

Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or digital media (or equivalent experience) considered an asset

Experience in social media content creation, social media management, marketing, and/or event coordination.

Experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, etc.)

Familiarity with content design and editing tools

Photography/videography basics using an iPhone or similar (framing, lighting, editing for Reels/TikTok).

Ability to craft engaging captions, stories, and short-form video content that align with brand tone.

Familiarity with digital signage platforms, social media tools, and event management software is an asset.

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events. Typical shifts range between 4–8 hours and may extend into late night hours.
