Warehouse Administrative Officer

Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Reporting: Collect, collate, and enter all warehouse-related operational and business data into company systems, ensuring accurate and timely submission to respective department heads or the Warehouse Manager.
- HR Lifecycle & Administration: Handle the full onboarding and off-boarding process for new and departing employees. Gather and organize candidate documents, including applications, résumés, and onboarding paperwork.
- Records & Attendance Management: Maintain accurate employee files and records in compliance with company policy. Monitor and manage employee attendance records and leave requests.
- General Administration & Correspondence: Answer incoming calls, handle office correspondence, and route general emails to the relevant departments or personnel. Complete, organize, and file routine administrative documents.
- Facility & Project Support: Inspect and manage the general upkeep of the warehouse office work environment. Assist the team with localized HR projects, such as benefits administration and special company events.
- Supervisor Support: Finalize any additional HR or administrative paperwork assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: High-school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in Administrative Management or Human Resources Management (HRM) is an asset.
- Experience: Prior experience in an HR assistant, data entry, or clerical administration role is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is highly valued.
- Core Skills: A solid understanding of basic HR functions and concepts. Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic English reading, writing, and speaking ability is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with fast and accurate data entry capabilities.
- Work Style: Reliable, responsible, and punctual. Able to work independently, protect confidential information, and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
