Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Cooks and Dishwashers. This role is essential to maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with food presentation and portioning to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware efficiently to support daily operations
- Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations
- Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs
- Support team members during busy periods by providing assistance as needed in food preparation or service
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Experience in cleaning, dishwashing, or food handling roles will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality service practices can enhance team collaboration and guest experience
