At Advanced Property Management & Real Estate, we’re searching for a vibrant and enthusiastic Strata Manager to join our dynamic team! We take pride in delivering exceptional service we offer our Strata Management clients within a fast-paced Brokerage that also offers Property Management and Real Estate services. Our diverse portfolio includes condominiums, townhomes, bare land, and commercial properties.
What We’re Looking For:
We want someone with a zest for life and a positive attitude! You should possess a current Strata Management license or be eligible for licensing, ideally with relevant experience. Compensation will be determined based on experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Superior Client Service: A commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service that our clients have come to expect.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of the Strata Property Act: Familiarity with the Strata Property Act and related legislation to navigate compliance and legal matters confidently.
- Innovative Problem-Solving Skills: A creative thinker who can tackle challenges and find effective solutions.
