Job Summary

Duties
- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Provide personalized insurance solutions tailored to client needs through effective analysis and consultation
- Engage in retail sales strategies to promote insurance products and services
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Maintain detailed sales administration records, including quotes, policies, and client interactions
- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to meet their specific requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns targeting diverse client segments
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred; multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship building
- Experience in telemarketing or direct customer engagement is advantageous
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM software is a plus
