You will lead and execute critical programs spanning:

Value creation – delivering tangible EBIT improvement across regions and functions

M&A integration – ensuring newly acquired businesses are integrated rapidly and effectively

AI transformation – supporting deployment of AI-driven improvements to internal operations and client offerings
This role combines strategic thinking, deep analysis, hands-on execution, and executive engagement. You will operate as part of a team and autonomously at times, directly supporting senior transformation and business leadership and working side-by-side with business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
1. Driving Value Creation Initiatives
- Lead end-to-end initiatives to improve profitability (e.g., productivity, cost structure, pricing)

Diagnose performance gaps using data-driven analysis and identify actionable levers

Review organizational structure of business units
-
Identify areas for operational improvement
-
Work directly with business leaders to implement solutions and track impact
2. Supporting M&A Integration Efforts

Support integration of newly acquired companies

Support the integration planning process and implementation
-
Resolve critical integration issues and ensure alignment across stakeholders
3. Shaping and executing AI Transformation
-
Help define the company's'AI transformation pathway (use cases, value pools, prioritization)

Lead implementation of AI-enabled solutions to improve internal processes

Support business teams to develop AI-driven offerings for clients

5-9 years of experience in:
-
Top-tier consulting / Big Four / Investment banking OR
-
Corporate strategy / transformation roles in a complex organization
-
Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact
-
Experience working on performance improvement and/or M&A integration
-
Exposure to digital/AI transformation is a strong asset
-
Master's'in finance / engineering or MBA is an asset

Excellent writing skills in both French and English. *
